What we do

Six areas that cover a product's whole life cycle — from the first conversation about an idea to support a year after launch.

Web apps & SaaS

Products people use every day: customer portals, admin panels, internal systems and multi-tenant subscription platforms.

Mobile applications

iOS and Android — from a first version that validates the idea to a mature product with a real release cycle.

React NativeSwiftKotlinFirebase

Websites & landing pages

Corporate sites, promo pages and online stores that load fast and actually generate enquiries.

UI/UX design & branding

Research, prototypes, interfaces and identity — a coherent system rather than a folder of pretty screens.

Support & evolution

A product doesn't freeze after launch: updates, monitoring, new features and predictable costs.

Infrastructure & DevOps

Hosting, domains, automated deployment and sensible infrastructure spending.

How we work

Four stages, no surprises

The process is built so that at every step you can see what's happening and what it costs.

01

Introduction

A 30–40 minute conversation: what the business does, what the task is, what the time and budget constraints are. No 60-item briefs.

02

Estimate & plan

We break the work into stages and show the timeline and cost of each. You see what you're paying for before anything starts.

03

Iterative development

We work in short cycles. Each one ends with a working version you can open and check.

04

Launch & support

Deployment, handover of accesses and documentation. Then a warranty period and, optionally, ongoing support.

Projects

Problems we've solved

Some of our work is covered by non-disclosure agreements, so we describe the substance without client names: what the problem was, what we did, and what changed.

Web app / SaaS

Operations platform for a service company

The client tracked jobs, technicians and stock across several spreadsheets that constantly drifted apart between departments.

Task
Bring jobs, staff and materials into one system with proper access control.
Solution
A web platform with roles, a work calendar, materials tracking and automated management reports.
Result
Producing the monthly report went from two days to a few minutes, and duplicate data disappeared.

E-commerce

Online store with inventory synchronisation

A store on an outdated platform loaded slowly, and stock levels diverged from the real warehouse.

Task
Speed up the site and connect the catalogue to the warehouse system.
Solution
A new frontend, catalogue migration, two-way sync of stock and prices, and a rebuilt product page.
Result
Load time improved several times over, and orders for out-of-stock items stopped happening.

Mobile application

App for field teams

Staff work on sites where connectivity is unstable or absent entirely.

Task
Let them complete reports and photo records offline, syncing later.
Solution
A cross-platform app with a local database, a sync queue and image compression before upload.
Result
Paper forms are gone and site data reaches the office the same day rather than at the end of the week.

Why us

What you get besides code

The most expensive project is the one that has to be redone. We structure the work so that doesn't happen.

Fixed scope, transparent pricing

Every stage is estimated up front. If new requirements appear, we show their effect on timeline and budget before we start.

You own the code

Repository, domain, hosting and accesses are registered to you. Continuing with another team is always possible — and that's fine.

Direct contact with developers

No chain of three account managers. You talk to the people who actually write the code and make technical decisions.

We write documentation

Architecture diagrams, API descriptions, deployment instructions. Not "ask Volodya, he remembers".

We watch running costs

We pick solutions that don't drag along unnecessary monthly fees. Being cheap to maintain is part of quality too.

Post-launch warranty

Bugs that are our fault are fixed free of charge throughout the warranty period.

Questions & answers

What people ask most

Answered directly, without "it depends on many factors".

Cost depends on scope, not on project type. A landing page typically starts in the high hundreds of dollars, a corporate site in the low thousands, and a full web or mobile product is counted in thousands. We only give a precise figure after a short conversation and breaking the work into stages — guessing helps neither side.

A landing page: one to two weeks. A corporate site: three to six weeks. A web or mobile application: two months and up, depending on the feature set. We deliberately don't promise "a website in three days" — that almost always means a template you'll have to redo.

Usually in stages: a deposit at the start of each stage, the remainder on acceptance. For longer engagements we work monthly. We are a registered Ukrainian legal entity, so a contract and full closing documents are provided.

Yes. We work with clients in Europe and the US, communicate in English and adjust to your time zone for calls. Contracts and payments are arranged in whatever format suits you.

This is common. We audit the existing code, tell you honestly what's worth saving and what's cheaper to rewrite, and give you a plan with estimates. Sometimes the answer is "leave it as it is" — we say that too.
