Honest estimates
We quote realistic timelines even when a client would rather hear shorter ones. An understated estimate at the start always becomes a conflict in the middle.
PIXEL COMPANY LLC is a Ukrainian development studio based in Kyiv. We design, build and maintain digital products for business — from a corporate website to the internal system a company's daily work depends on.
We stay small on purpose. It means the client talks directly to the people writing the code and making technical decisions, rather than to a manager relaying messages onward. Decisions happen faster, and responsibility doesn't dissolve between departments.
Our approach is straightforward: understand the problem first, quote second. We don't take on a project until we can see how it will work a year from now — who maintains it, what it costs to run, how it grows. If the problem can be solved more cheaply and without us, we say so.
We work with Ukrainian businesses as well as clients in Europe and the US. The company is officially registered in Ukraine, so we provide contracts, invoices and full closing documents — which matters when development has to go through your accounting.
A good product isn't the one that impresses in a demo — it's the one you can still update two years later without fear of breaking something.

Everything is registered to the client: code, domain, hosting, accounts. We want people to stay because of results, not technical dependency.
We don't add a technology because it's fashionable. Every tool in the stack has a reason for being there.
We explain technical decisions without jargon. If a client doesn't understand what they're paying for, that's our problem, not theirs.
The process is built so that at every step you can see what's happening and what it costs.
A 30–40 minute conversation: what the business does, what the task is, what the time and budget constraints are. No 60-item briefs.
We break the work into stages and show the timeline and cost of each. You see what you're paying for before anything starts.
We work in short cycles. Each one ends with a working version you can open and check.
Deployment, handover of accesses and documentation. Then a warranty period and, optionally, ongoing support.
A short 30-minute conversation and you'll get an estimate with stages and timelines. Free, with no obligation.
